At LAB Boutique PR, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Store Credit

We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 5 calendar days of the delivery date.

We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment.

To be eligible for a return, all items must:

  • Be unworn and unused.
  • Be free of perfume, smoke, deodorant, makeup, stains, pet hair, or any odors.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

LAB Boutique PR reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


Final Sale Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Promotional items
  • Discounted merchandise
  • Gift cards

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as LAB Boutique PR is not responsible for returns lost during transit.


Processing Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved returns will receive Store Credit in the form of a digital gift card or store credit code.

Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving your return for processing.


Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been submitted.
