Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout Puerto Rico and the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, LAB Boutique PR is not responsible for carrier delays.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Verify your shipping address.
  • Check with neighbors or household members.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

We will gladly assist you in filing a carrier claim whenever possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.


Refused Packages

Packages refused by the customer may be subject to return shipping fees.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
